The basic plot involves you, playing as Batman, engaging in a detective mission. This game presents a short story, set between the events of "Arkham City" and "Arkham Knight". Still probably a must-buy for Bat-fans, and with some jaw-dropper wonderful moments, but seriously. It felt more like I'd played the demo for the real game.Ĭould have been utterly brilliant, but really isn't. Personally, I was eager for the next scene, and couldn't quite believe there wasn't going to be any more.

just don't build up your hopes for a satisfying ending. I don't remember when I last felt so let down by how a game ended. It actually gave me a dizzy moment as I stood on the edge of a building looking down at Gotham.īut. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I completed it in a single session (unintentionally) and was left with an overwhelming feeling of 'is that IT?' It's longer than one of the above-mentioned mini-games, of course.

The next thing you need to know is that this game is SHORT. If you've played the Arkham Games, it will help if you think of this as one of those little side-missions where Batman uses his detective gizmos to look for clues.
